Huntsville Hospital Central Sterilization Facility

Huntsville Hospital's new Central Sterilization Facility is the latest facility for the growing regional healthcare system. This facility provides a sterilization of surgical and other instruments for healthcare centers throughout the North Alabama area.

ESC installed the comfort HVAC system for the occupant comfort as well as the clean steam system that feeds specialized medical sterilization units.

6000 Technology Drive - Excellence In Contracting 2010 Award Winner

This exciting project was performed as a turnkey renovation of an existing building to suit the demanding needs of a government agency customer. Three seperate system types were used to satisfy zoning, noise, space, and other requirements. Additionally, large portions of the facility required full redundant systems for operation in the case of failure of primary systems. System types include active chilled beams, VVT, VAV, underfloor computer room, recovered heat, and more.

Redstone Gateway Building 1000

This is quite possibly the most exciting project in the Huntsville Alabama area in 20 years. Building 1000 is the first of many buildings that are going to be built. The total scope of the project is described HERE.
