Providing good indoor air quality in the Southeast can be quite a challenge, high temperatures, high humidity, and microbial contaminants are but a few of the challenges we confront. Appropriate design, construction, and maintenance, are required to maintain a comfortable and healthy indoor environment.

The Indoor Air Quality Assessment includes the analysis of the building’s design, construction, operation, and maintenance. Featured components include site drainage, the building envelope, interior finishes, plumbing systems, mechanical systems, and electrical systems. Analysis of the various components, how they relate to one another, and their ability to sustain a healthy indoor environment are the focus of the assessment.
